Some people have blogs to share particular pieces of culture, writing, observations, opinions, etc. Some people have blogs that are online diaries. This blog is a mixture of the two.
Each entry is 1 - 3 paragraphs (there are some exceptions). I have my bachelors degrees in sociology, anthropology, and English. Those are the things that excite me and make me think. I tend to use this blog as a way to keep myself accountable to writing and critical thinking. I write about everyday things that happen to me, and sometimes these events connect to something larger in society. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes I will share a photo, link, video, or any other multi-media that I either enjoy on an academic level, or just because it’s light-hearted. I don’t always abide by my rules. Sometimes I will share a story start or something I am working on. But, that’s a little less frequent.
